Before You Begin.

Congratulations on finishing your pre-cleanse! You’re now ready to begin your organic, unpasteurized juice cleanse!

During Your Cleanse.

We highly recommend immediate refrigeration of all juices, as our juices are unpasteurized and last maximum 4 days in refrigeration (enzymes are still alive by day 4). Note that your juices were pressed on the day of delivery or pick-up so you will only receive the freshest juice! 5-day cleanses have two deliveries/pick-ups for juice freshness. The second delivery or pick-up consists of days 4 & 5 of the total cleanse. More information on deliveries & pick-ups can be found in the delivery section. It is important that you start your juice cleanse the day after receiving it.

Here are some general guidelines to help you during your cleanse:

- Drink each juice slowly to promote maximal absorption.

- Space juice-bottle consumption by 1.5-2 hours to ensure normal blood sugar level throughout your day and to make sure you drink 10 juices per day.

- Avoid consuming solid foods in order to keep macronutrient intake restricted. The point of this cleanse is to give your digestive system a break and to enhance your body’s naturally occurring detoxification mechanisms. Each juice is packed with nutrients, which are highly absorbable by the gut and quickly delivered throughout the body.

You may experience some symptoms of body detoxification including fatigue and irritability especially if you are new to fasting and cleansing. This is normal and indicative of body cell detoxification as toxins are being flushed into extra-cellular spaces and into your digestive system for elimination. In order to flush these toxins out, drink plenty of water throughout your day (between juice consumptions but not immediately after each juice). To enhance your body’s flush, adding organic chia seeds to water is a great idea as these will help to pull excreted toxins out from the digestive system.

Try to keep your life as simple as possible during your cleanse where environmental stresses can be significantly reduced. Do yoga. Go for nature hikes. Do some stretches and meditate. Practice mindfulness and body awareness. Perform a daily gratitude. Encourage body perspiration and exfoliate your skin. Relax and enjoy and finally make sure you get a great night's sleep each night. 

After You've Successfully Completed.

Congratulations on completing! You may notice some positive changes such as regulated digestion, more radiant skin or a more uplifted mood, OR, you might feel the complete opposite! Either way, it is so important to recognize your accomplishment! Think of this cleanse like a “kick-start” into more mindful eating habits and see the positive changes unveil. You can begin adding whole foods back into your eating schedule. Try to eat more raw and lightly steamed vegetables in your day as opposed to fully cooked. It is so important to adopt a lifestyle where raw organic consumption of fruits and vegetables is plentiful. Your body likes it simple and it runs better on the familiarity of the planet's natural foods.

Lastly, take a moment to thank yourself because you did it!
